Domestic violence restraining orders
Our firm takes domestic violence issues very seriously. Restraining orders are available to prohibit contact between parties protecting the victims from further acts of domestic violence.
Occasionally one parent may use false allegations of domestic violence as a tactic to gain advantages in a divorce proceeding. Our firm will vigorously defend our clients against these allegations and help restore order to the proceedings.
